The position of the “Alumni Officer” is a newly created post and its exact nature will evolve over a period of time and this flexibility will depend on the particular aptitudes and strengths of the appointee.

However, the position holder will report directly to the Principal. We are seeking a high caliber individual who will be a competent professional with a very sound background of personal achievement and qualifications along with substantial ICT skills. In addition to being fluent in spoken and written English, some experience in personnel work would be an advantage.

His main responsibilities will:-

a Ensure accurate and complete alumni database records; capture contact, biographical and career information of alumni via surveys, projects (e.g. alumni directory), correspondence, website, postal returns, etc.
b Establish and build relationship with a wide range of alumni, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally; maintain regular communication with alumni via direct contact, email blasts, alumni web pages, and print publications.
c Raise funds for select special projects and events in collaboration with Development colleagues.
