My client, one of the leading Conventional banks in Qatar is looking for a Head of Learning & Development.
Title: Head of Learning & Development
Job Location: Qatar
Reporting to: Deputy Head of HR
Responsible for overseeing the Learning and Development function and developing internal employees skills and job profile in order to ensure effectiveness.
In charge of supporting the learning, and development of different levels of the Bank and assist in the implementation of training plans.
Align Learning and Development initiatives, and ensure the integration of functional business plans specifically with the Learning and Development framework.
Assist the Department Head Human Capital Planning in the continuous deployment of relevant training programs.
Assist in the design, development and delivery of training programs to employees of the Bank as per the training plans and the identified training needs under the guidelines of the Department Head Human Capital Planning and the Chief Human Resources Officer.
University degree in Business / Banking & Finance pref. with Training qualifications.
Certifications with a minimum of 10 -12 years in training management, out of which at least 5 – 7 years in Banking.
Western qualified candidates will be preferred.
