GIS Specialist (Change Manager & Content & Collaboration)
The candidate will be an experienced person with a background in MS SharePoint, Collaboration Suite and BIReporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing all change requests for Content & Collaboration and managing the WoW BI reports. The position requires the candidate to follow up and coordinate on all the changes and own operational meeting arenas towards vendors and be the first point of escalation.
Receive and perform verification of Request for Change (RFCs) of tools across C&C solutions. May record RFC directly.
Conduct requirement analysis and keep track of all the changes.
Ensure that submitted requests are in compliance with the defined requirements.
Verify, analyze and prioritize RFCs.
Obtain estimate and propose solution for valid requests
Ensure SOX compliance and may reject or decline incorrect RFCs.
For Emergency / Urgent changes setup and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) / Emergency Committee (EC) meetings.
Coordinate for User Acceptance Test (UAT) and ensure documentation of test results
Recommend release dates lining it up with the Release Manager / 3rd party vendor for Implementing Change.
Ensure all targets and KPI’s are met to secure the set goals.
Perform regular reviews of the Change Management Process.
Ability to work in the service window as determined by the SLA ( usually 03:00 CET- 17:00 CET), public holiday’s and off days ( if and when required)
