To assist Assistant Manager Franchise Operation for Franchise Planning & Operations. related matters such as Productroll out, System Development, reporting and analysis, operational & tactical planning of Franchise Planning and Operations. He/She will be responsible to coordinate and execute all activities in this area in such a way so that the maximum efficiency and performance is achieved.

You have proven experience as functional architect, project manager or sub-project manager roles
Overseeing the Centre’s operations; including developing and improving systems to help business partners run their business effectively
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Responsible for Capacity Management of the channel that includes all systems and human resource.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (IT and Finance etc), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed requirements that serve the business requirements with attention to details and translating it to user requirement/technical specifications.
Ensure excellent customer experience for products/services launched by conducting user centric design and usability tests.
