Enterprise Solution Support Specialist – Mobilink GSM,Pakistan

Hold bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.1
Have 6- 8 year of relevant experience.
Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements
Coordinate efforts across support/product specialist organizations to ensure overall integrity and consistency of final proposed solution
Understand network design and convergence, including routing/switching, cloud, mobility, call center hosted solutions and M2M with focus on operational support
Share knowledge and experience to enhance the technical capabilities of peers and build prospective opportunities
Develop training materials, presentations, and other project related documents as required to complete project objectives and activities
Prepare of training manuals for users
Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Work closely with analysts, designers and staff
Produce detailed specifications and writing the program codes
Test the product in controlled, real situations before going live
Must be able to work under stress and deliver upon multiple projects/assignments in parallel
Must have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication (oral/written) skills
Should have knowledge of development language (C++, PHP, HTML, ASP.Net, C sharp etc.)
Should have understanding of key network elements (e.g. MSC, IN, HLR, SMSC, GGSN, SGSN etc.)
Should have ability to use MS SQL server and management of Complex Databases
