Position: Head of HR (Karachi, Head Office)
Overall Role & Purpose: The role is to provide a broad range of Human Resources strategic and tactical interventions and support the management in developing a positive leadership style and skills to strengthen Company’s position as an Employer of Choice. Incumbent should be able to provide HR advice and services, design HR policies and practices to ensure innovation in a competitive and cost effective manner.
Candidate should have mastered in technical HR competencies, change management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, development and employee relations. He/she should have effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence in order to manage conflict and human concerns. Should be able to work collaboratively across functions, levels and regions.
Qualification: MBA from a reputable University Experience: 0- 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in MNC.
