Customer Care Representatives – Mobilink GSM – Hyderabad / Sargodha / Islamabad

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
1 Year(Have at least 1 year of work experience in the Customer Care)
Handle operational activities over customer care service & sale counters
Manage walk-in customers according to the assigned counter or assigned role
Welcome, guide and manage each walk-in customer when in the role of Floor Greeter
Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for issue resolution
*Customer Care Center Manager shall assign different roles and additional responsibilities to CCRs on rotational basis in order to ensure successful management of the Customer Care Center in line with company objectives.
Should have strong communication skills
Should have excellent interpersonal skills
Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office suite particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Should have basic knowledge of Mobile Handsets
Should be motivated and task oriented with the ability to manage and adept to change
