Location Karachi, Head Office Reports to Chief Executive Officer

• Responsible for planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related audits/reviews of the company.
• To ensure that the Internal Audit Function provides an independent assessment of the adequacy of the company’s internal systems and controls, including the systems for appropriate identification and evaluation of risk and for ensuring compliance with all applicable law and regulation.
• A secondary role is to provide advice on internal control to CPHGC’s management, including responding to questions on risk management techniques.
• To draw any weaknesses or shortcomings noted to the attention of management.

• Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant. Minimum 6-8 years post qualified experience. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is preferred.
• Power Sector experience will be preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of banking/financial business operations and risk-based auditing attained through 3-5 years of progressive work experience with a focus on financial risk and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage projects and, when required, supervise auditors to follow sound internal control practices and to manage risks appropriately.
• Acts as a Team Player – Collaborate and supporting colleagues and peers across the organization. while still being able to work independently when needed.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building and problem solving.
• Excellent written and communication skills; time management and organizational skills.

Location Hub, Baluchistan Reports to Head of HR & Administration

• Supports Site functions through supervising administration staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
• Expected to identify and implement best site administration practices and process improvements.
• Provide assistance to Management for smooth running of the Site operations & delivery of strategic objectives.

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a local/foreign well reputed university. Candidates holding a Master’s Degree are preferred.
• Candidates with Fluent English and knowledge of basic Chinese Language will have an edge.
• 7-10 years of prior experience in Site Administration (at remote location). Power Sector experience will be preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Tracking Budget Expenses, Staffing, Quality Management, Managing Processes, Organization, Coaching and reporting skills.
• Significant supervisory experience (3+ years).
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, time management and problem solving.


Location Hub, Baluchistan Reports to Head of Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee controls and instrumentation systems. This will include direct responsibility for any control engineering and/or instrument engineering positions, as well as responsibility for day-to-day troubleshooting, providing guidance to and monitoring output of E&! Technicians assigned to carry out both preventive as well as corrective maintenance on C&I equipment in the operating department.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a strategic controls and instrumentation plan for the Operations & Maintenance department, aimed at
clearly defining strategic direction relating to process controls hardware, software and ancillary systems.

• Minimum Qualification; Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a local/foreign well reputed university with minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in the industrial electrical. controls and instrumentation fields. Focus of this position will be technical rather than management, and the incumbent will be viewed as the Subject Matter Expert in his or her field. Power Sector experience will be preferred.
• Familiar with Pakistan Power Industry policy and regulations, understands the structure and operating procedures of the power grid. capable of judging the risk of grid operation and correctly handle the power plant emergencies.
• Familiar with coal power plants generation process, knowledge of plant operation scheduling requirements and implementation process.
• Understand the theory and have practical experience of modern Reliability maintenance principles and practice, as well as the use of centralized maintenance software e.g. SAP.
• Proven track record of C&I field work and problem solving in a similar environment along with management and leadership of a highly skilled C&I
engineering workforce.
• Familiar with relevant NTDC’s interfaces. Knowledge of requirements of approvals/consents from NTDC during project construction and commissioning
