Business Solutions Executive – Telenor – Islamabad

To acquire business customers (Postpaid) from both Corporate and SME segments and ensure target achievement as laid out by the management.

Knowledge Areas:     
Strong analytical skills
Interpersonal skills
Presentation skills
Business Communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Excel, MS Office and developing Business Cases
Strong Follow up skills
Basic to medium knowledge about GSM network
Advance knowledge about Telenor’s related sales & service processes and policies
Strong direct selling skills
Good understanding of current market dynamics

Responsibilities:     
Achieve assigned Gross Ads “subscriptions” (FCA) targets (voice)
Achieve assigned Gross Ads “new SME” targets (voice )
Ensure preparation and execution of sales pipeline as per described process
Manage customer portfolio to increase the penetration within the existing customer accounts
Efficient use of Telenor’s’ USPs as per the customer’s requirements
Efficient use of sales tools
Optimal use of discounts
Ensure correct customer information data for all customers on the portfolio
Carry out daily/weekly visits to new and existing customers
Prepare the requisite reports such as daily visit report, weekly visit plan, weekly sales forecast
Ensure increase in penetration of value added products for business customers such as Corp. SMS, LBS, etc
