Hold a Master’s degree with area of specialization in Marketing/ Management or 4 years BBA.
Have 2 years of experience in telecom industry.
Handle operational activities over service/sale counters
Welcome, guide and manage walk-in customers according to the assigned counter or assigned role
Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for issue resolution
Responsible for handling & resolution of escalated issues related of customers
Manage Up-selling and all related customer care projects
Should have strong communication skills
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills
Should be highly proficient in operating MS Office suite particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Should be an energetic team player
Should be customer oriented
