Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree; MBA will be preferred.
Have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Handle operational activities over service & sales counters.
Adhere to customer care practices as defined and learned in relevant trainings.
Welcome, guide and manage each walk-in customer during the role of a Floor Greeter.
Explain various Mobilink tariffs to the customers and sell prepaid/ postpaid connections at front line customer services.
Stay up-to-date on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and up sell value added services offered by Mobilink.
Take ownership and ensure timely resolution in terms of customer complaints
Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution
Ensure to act according to the company’s guidelines to maintain a positive image of the company
Provide feedback to supervisors on important issues/problems regarding customers to ensure customer retention.
Manage additional tasks and responsibilities assigned my Business Center Manager on rotational basis
