Have a MS/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science degree
Have a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
The candidate will contribute towards a better every day by:
Ensuring end to end smooth design / implementation of the campaigns as per plan.
Carrying out end to end BTL operations in coordination with all stake holders.
Ensuring proper tracking / reporting of campaigns and budgets. Ensure post campaign analysis is done to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
Ensuring development/improvement in systems and processes for campaign implementation and ensure that they are followed.
Introducing internal audits to ensure quality in implementation.
Managing & Improving control systems for monitoring Take-ups analyses of the retention and revenue campaigns for gauging effectiveness of initiatives.
Manage, develop, and maintain productive relationships with internal customers and partners.
Supporting market research briefs on request
Should have strong analytical thinking & decision making ability
Should have excellent presentation skills
Should have ability to work under stress
Should have ability to take initiative
Proficient in Micro Office and general software’s/OS
