Position Title: Manager Grants and Business Development
Reports To: Head of Business Development Special Projects
Department: Grants
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualifications: Masters in any relevant field (e.g MSc., MA, MBA, MPA, etc). Other post graduate qualifications will also be         considered. Candidates with undergraduate qualifications but with relevant work experience/proven track record will be considered.
Experience:  4 years preferred. Progressive leadership experience in Grants in local as well as international organizations

Position Summary: The Manager Grants & Business Development will be responsible for Grants targets including both Aman Tech and Health portfolio. Manager Grants will coordinate internally with the Business Unit and externally with potential donors to seek funding. Responsibilities will include identification of Grant opportunities, coordination with the Business Unit – Senior Management and Technical teams, engagement with donors, conceptualization of projects, writing of grant proposals and budget (from initiation to final application package), seeking approvals from all stakeholders including Executive leadership. The Manager will also ensure all Aman Foundation policies are adhered to with regards to design of projects. Aside from writing, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination experience, the candidate should also have intermediate Finance and Budgeting skills. Understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks of various donors is also required. Candidate should also have an understanding about dynamics of health sector in Pakistan. The Manager Grants should have specific Grant related experience through working for a non-profit organization, donor agency and/or donor contractor/intermediary.

Position Title: Head of Partnerships
Reports To: Head of Business Development Special Projects
Department: Grants
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualifications: Masters in any relevant field (e.g MSc., MA, MBA, MPA, etc).
Experience: 8+ years partnerships’ sales and servicing experience.

Position Summary: The Head of Partnerships is responsible for identifying, securing and fostering financial and in-kind support from partners, including corporate sponsors, trusts and foundations, private donors or philanthropists and government. Reporting to GM Marketing & Partnerships, the Head of Partnerships will manage and enhance existing relationships, and build new relationships by identifying and packaging partnership opportunities, and cultivating and stewarding current and prospective partners.

Special projects that the role will include are:

  1. Maximise output in form of CSR, donations and Zakat from existing and new relationships during the Ramadan campaign
  2. Support the Aman Annual Fundraiser through existing and new partnerships by building sponsorship opportunities

The incumbent should have:

  • Strong leadership qualities, including strategic thinking and ability to inspire others.
  • High level of relationship management skills to build relationships with external stakeholders, staff, and key partners
  • Highly developed written, oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly developed research and analysis skills with high level of attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building effective relationships, positive interaction and effective problem solving.

Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager – Aman Tech
Reports To: DGM – Delivery Assurance
Department: Quality Assurance – Aman Tech
Location: Aman Tech, Karachi
Qualifications: Masters in any relevant field (e.g. MSc/MBA/MPA). Other post graduate qualifications will also be considered.
Experience: 6-12 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/ Quality Enhancement Cell preferably in education sector.

Position Summary: Manager should be able to develop and implement quality assurance policies, processes and methods of evaluation to affirm that the quality of the vocational training standards is being maintained across all departments / projects. Development of Self-Assessment Reports of the programs. Generating Trade course review reports after collection of the data from relevant Trade members on the defined timelines.

Should be able to develop & implement Quality Assurance Manual. Manage and improve Quality Management System at all organizational levels to make sure processes are consistent at all levels. 

The Incumbent should have following skills,

  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Knowledge of any software used and Quality assurance will be an asset
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong analytical skills. Fully fluent in Urdu

Position Title: Program Manager
Reports To: Head of Academics
Department: Quality Assurance – Aman Tech
Location: Aman Tech, Karachi
Qualifications: Masters in any field (e.g MSc., MA, MBA, MPA, MPhill).
Experience:  6 -12 Years of Teaching + Academics Management.

Position Summary:  Ensure the core activities of teaching, research, examining and advising. Maintain, enhance and implement the Departments teaching quality of courses and programs. Ensure that taught curricula is in line with the overall aims and objectives for all trades. Ensure academic policies against each educational program and ensuring that the policies are being followed at all levels. Academic calendar & time table management system is in place. Compliance with City & Guild UK, AMANTECH and International standards. Create a conducive learning environment for students by supervising curricula progress and monitoring students’ knowledge and competencies as per required level. Conduct Training Need Assessments (TNA) of instructors to identify performance gaps and training needs; Develop, arrange, coordinate and conduct customized training programs. Development and up-gradation of Teaching, Learning Resources (TLRs). Ensuring management, academic and other duties are fairly allocated, that staff are deployed and tasks delegated as necessary

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good Urdu and English communication (reading, speaking, writing).

Position Title: Assistant Manager MIS
Reports To: Manager Operations
Department: Quality Assurance – Aman Tech
Location: Aman Foundation, Karachi
Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in MIS or any business related field
Experience:  2-4 Years of Progressive experience of managing large datasets.

Position Summary:  To assist in the provision of management information via statistical analysis and in the development of new and existing computer based management information systems to meet the needs as identified. It will be necessary to work with Information Technology and associated systems and existing technology agreements and consultative procedures will be applied in accordance with organizational policies. S/he must be able to follow the directions of AMANTELEHEALTH management and have a strong liaison with Telehealth operation team for maintaining and analyzing the data and generating the reports according to the KPIs requirements on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual basis. Should be able to handle pressure & meet deadlines, develop strategies to implement software & hardware system in the organization. Liaise with Monitoring & Evaluation Team for continuous measuring of program/service outputs and its impact in the targeted communities.  Assist in the development and maintaining the VCP and Project Charter/Plans on monthly basis and prepare reports accordingly

  • Advance excel skills
